Delivery time / 配送日数はどれくらいですか？
通常ご注文日から約2～3営業日以内の発送となります。土日祝日、大型連休の発送は行っておりませんので、翌日の営業日より順次発送させて頂きます。
※天災などの不測の事態により、発送または配達が遅くなる場合もございますので予めご了承下さい。
※Pre-order/予約注文商品に関しては、商品ページ記載の日程にて配送させて頂いたおります。

Address Changes / 注文後の住所変更は可能ですか？
注文後の住所変更はできません。
ご注文確定前によくご確認お願い致します。
We are unable to change the delivery address after an order has been placed.

Long-Term Absence / 長期不在の場合はどうすればいいですか？
配送時にご不在の場合は、宅配業者により不在票が投函されます。不在票に記載されている連絡先へご連絡頂ければ再送いたします。
※ご登録いただいたお名前と表札が異なると不在票が投函されない場合がございますのでご注意下さい。
また、お荷物お預かり期間は約1週間程となります。1週間を過ぎてもお受け取り頂けない場合はご注文をキャンセルとさせて頂いております。
また、長期不在や受取拒否によりお受け取り頂けない事が多い場合、次回からの発送を控えさせて頂きます。
If the package is returned to us due to long-term absence, any additional costs for reshipment will be borne by the customer.

Refusal of Acceptance / 受取拒否に関して
ご注文頂きました商品の受取拒否は致しかねます。
出荷後1週間以上お客様からのご連絡がなく商品をお受け取り頂けなかった場合には、商品を引き戻しさせて頂き、ご注文を一旦キャンセルさせて頂く場合がございますので、ご了承願います。その場合の返送費用に関しては、ご返金額から差し引く形となります。
悪質な受取拒否とみなされた場合は次回からの発送を控えさせて頂き、往復の送料(お届けにかかった送料及び返送にかかった送料)+商品手配等の手数料を別途ご請求させて頂く場合がございますので、予めご了承下さい。
尚、商品をお受け取り頂けないことが多数ございました場合は恐れ入りますが、次回からの発送を控えさせて頂きます。
We do not accept refusal of acceptance for orders you have placed. If more than one week passes after shipment and we do not hear from you and the package is not received, we may arrange for the package to be returned and cancel your order. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If we determine that the refusal of acceptance is malicious, we may suspend future shipments and separately charge you for the round-trip shipping costs (both the original delivery cost and the return cost), as well as handling fees related to product arrangement.
Please also note that if there are multiple instances in which you do not receive your orders, we may refrain from accepting or shipping future orders.
