How long does it take to deliver?
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order. We do not ship on weekends, holidays, or long weekends, so we will ship your order on the next business day.

Can I change the address after placing an order?
Address changes cannot be made after an order has been placed.

What should I do if I will be away for an extended period of time?
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a notice of absence. Please contact the contact information on the notice of absence and we will resend the item.
*Please note that if the name you registered does not match the name on the nameplate, the missed delivery notice may not be delivered.
Please note that your package will be held for approximately one week. If you have not received your package within one week, your order will be cancelled.
In addition, if you are often unable to receive the package due to long-term absence or refusal to accept it, we will refrain from sending it to you next time.
Regarding refusal to receive
We cannot refuse to accept your ordered items.
If we do not receive any contact from you within one week after shipping and you have not received the product, we may return the product and cancel your order. Please note that in this case, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that if your refusal to accept the item is deemed to be malicious, we may refrain from sending you the next shipment and may charge you separately for the round-trip shipping costs (shipping costs for delivery and shipping costs for return) plus handling fees for the product, etc.
