Returns & Exchanges / 返品・交換は出来ますか？
サイズが合わない、イメージと異なる場合には、無料で返品・交換を承っております。
ただし、事前にご確認事項をお読みいただき、条件を満たしている場合に限ります。

For international customers, returns and exchanges are possible if the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Processing / 商品が返品・キャンセルとなった場合の返金処理はどうなりますか？
ご購入いただいた際にご利用頂いたクレジットカード番号・決済アカウントに対し、返金処理を行わせていただきます。
決済が確定した段階でクレジット会社へご請求が完了し一旦お引落がされてしまいますが、その後各クレジット会社の対応スケジュールにより、お客様のカード・アカウントへキャンセル金額が返金されます。
各種、返金手数料は無料となります。
返金処理には約7～10日営業日程かかると思われます。
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or payment account used at the time of purchase. Once the payment is processed, the credit card company completes the charge and the amount is temporarily withdrawn. Afterwards, depending on the processing schedule of each credit card company, the canceled amount will be refunded to your card or account.
There are no fees for the refund. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed.
Order Cancellation / 注文後のキャンセルは可能ですか？
ご注文キャンセルの場合、一度"CONTACT"よりご連絡ください。既に商品が発送されてしまった場合には、無料で返品可能ですのでご安心ください。
尚、一切のご連絡がなく、一方的な受取拒否等の悪質なキャンセルと見なされた場合、次回からの発送を控えさせていただき、往復の送料(お届けにかかった送料及び返送にかかった送料)＋商品手配等の手数料を別途ご請求させていただく場合がございます。

However, if there is no contact from the customer and the cancellation is deemed malicious, such as a unilateral refusal of acceptance, we may refrain from shipping future orders and may charge separately for the round-trip shipping costs (both the delivery and return shipping) as well as handling fees related to the product arrangement.
