Can I return or exchange the product?

If the size does not fit or the product is different from what you expected, we will accept returns or exchanges free of charge.
However, this is only possible if you have read the confirmation items in advance and meet the conditions.

You can check this at any time through customer support.

How will the refund be processed if the product is returned or cancelled?

Refunds will be processed to the credit card number and payment account used when making the purchase.
Once the payment is confirmed, the credit card company will be charged and the amount will be withdrawn from your account. However, the cancellation amount will be refunded to your card account according to the schedule of each credit card company.
There are no refund fees of any kind.
It will take approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via "CONTACT". If the item has already been shipped, you can return it free of charge, so please rest assured.

If there is no contact from you and your cancellation is deemed to be malicious, such as a unilateral refusal to accept the order, we may refrain from sending the next order and may charge you separately for the round-trip shipping costs (shipping costs for delivery and return) plus handling fees for product arrangement, etc.
